Our staff have the required licenses (asbestos inspector, asbestos designer, asbestos project monitor; lead inspector, lead designer) and years of experience. We're experienced in collecting building-material samples with the minimum of disturbance to the structure, and we have our own XRF unit to perform lead-based paint surveys.

We also perform hazardous-material assessments to locate those materials that must be removed and disposed separately, such as mercury thermostats, fluorescent lamp ballasts, hazardous wastes, and refrigerant gases.
